Bakery Store Manager:

Do you enjoy being surrounded by delicious fluffy cookies and dreamy cupcakes? If so, Cloudhop Bakeshop is currently seeking skilled bakery production associates to join the team.

Responsibilities include overseeing bakery staff, managing the inventory quality and consistency of bakery items, resolving customer complaints, maintaining financial records, and hitting sales goals.

Perform a variety of tasks including:

• Responsible for managing the entire bakery operations, including production, and sales
• Manage bakery staff, evaluate performance of bakery staff including hiring, training, and scheduling / staff coordination
• Oversee the baking process to ensure quality and consistency
• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase productivity and sales
• Maintain inventory by ordering necessary ingredients and supplies
• Ensure all bakery items are displayed attractively
• Adhere to and enforce safety and sanitation regulations including ensuring compliance with all local and national health and food safety regulations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints 
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
• Manage budgeting, pricing, and cost control measures

The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, a passion for baking, customer service expertise, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, baking techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant field is preferred.

• Pay Range: Hourly rate is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Location: Orlando, Florida
• Employment Type: Full-time
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AND OCASSIONAL NIGHTS/WEEKENDS
