Dream Wheel – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. The ‘Dream Wheel’ is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have scanned the ‘Scan to Win’ QR code on our Cloudhop Bakeshop packaging.
2. Employees of Cloudhop Bakeshop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participation

1. To participate, customers must scan the QR code found on Cloudhop Bakeshop cookie and cupcake boxes and provide their email address in the link provided.
2. Each eligible participant is allowed one spin per day unless otherwise mentioned.

Prizes and Redemption

1. Winners will receive an email with details on how to redeem their gift within 48 hours of being declared a winner.
2. Coupons are valid for use exclusively in the Cloudhop Bakeshop mobile app.
3. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
4. Each coupon is valid for a single use only.
5. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Coupon codes must be redeemed within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, the coupon code will be void and cannot be redeemed.

Limitations

1. Each participant is limited to one spin per day unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Cloudhop Bakeshop is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, failures of any telephone network, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software.

Privacy

1. Participants’ personal information collected through the Game will be used in accordance with Cloudhop Bakeshop’s Privacy Policy.
2. By participating, participants consent to receive promotional emails from Cloudhop Bakeshop.
3. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from Cloudhop Bakeshop, including but not limited to advertising, promotional materials, and updates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

1. Cloudhop Bakeshop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Dream Wheel at any time without prior notice.
2. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Dream Wheel, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in disqualification and may be in violation of criminal and civil laws.
